Established
in 1978, SUWA Restaurant is owned and operated
by Toshiro Suwa and Mieko Suwa. Toshiro is one of
the very few individuals in the United Stated to receive the
Master Chef Certificate from the Japanese
Chef Association in March of 1994 for his artistry
and understanding of Japanese cuisine.
Our food is authentic Japanese Cuisine, we
have the best there is to offer. Whether it's Sashimi and Sukiyaki
or Tempura and Beef Teriyaki, it is delicious. Our Sushi is
rolled by our very own Master Chef Toshiro Suwa whom has prepared
food for Japanese Emperor Hirohito and he would love to prepare
something for you. If you like Uni and Unagi or Spider Rolls
and California Rolls, then you're at the right place. Nobody
rolls sushi like Toshiro!
If you're looking to host a business meeting or have a party,
our Tatami rooms are a perfect fit seating from two to eighteen
people. Caution: No Shoes allowed on the Tatami Mats. Reservations
